At PawMindLife, we want you and your dog to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

Unused and in their original condition.
Returned with the original packaging.
Free from damage caused after delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used by a pet may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Gift cards.
Clearance or final sale items.
Products that have been used or are not in their original condition (unless they arrived defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear photos of the item and its packaging.

We'll work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
